How to be Perfect #1
My first way is to be healthy and fit. By this i do not mean you have to be a size 2 or less. But, working out regularly can keep you in shape and feeling your absolute best. And eating healthy can also make you feel great. I like to eat fruit when i get hungry between meals. This keeps you from snacking on chips and other fattening things. Also, getting up early to exercise before school is one of my favorite things to do. It wakes you up and gets you ready to focus on school. Even if you do not have any exercise equipment, you can so squats, abs and even just yoga off of YouTube. Being healthy is just one of those things that will you to look and feel your best.
How to be Perfect.
Now yes i am a teenage girl. i understand all the pressure to be perfect and all the criticism one faces. i realize there is no perfect girl. I am sure you all have that one girl you see and wonder why can't you be perfect like them. Your wondering why the got to be so-well perfect, you can not help your self but compare yourself to them. But, what's stopping us from doing our best to be our best? This is where the "How to be Perfect" title comes in. for the next couple weeks i am going to post everyday on what you can do to be this seemingly "perfect girl." They are all little things but, i have a feeling some of the tips may help. There will end up being 50 ways. I am really excited to do this because i have been searching to find some of these things and i am now here to share my knowledge with all of you.
